Merryfall

Just put together this quick card for my Father-in-Law for his 80th Birthday from my Son.

The image is by Pink Ink Designs and called Merryfall.

I stamped the image onto a background I had created some time ago and then coloured with Pencils.

The top sentiment is from Lisa Horton and bottom using Clarity Stamps.

TPS - Pink or Pearls

Our theme this week at The Paper Shelter is Pink and or Pearls.  I decided to use both in my card this week.

I have used the image Valentine Hugand made a Valentines card for my Hubby.

I used some paper from my stash and also embossed some pink card with hearts for my background.

I coloured my image with Copics and added some pearls down the side and also a pearl heart.

I look forward to seeing all your entries this week, don't forget there are Paper Shelter prizes to be won.

TPS - RIBBON OR TWINE

For this weeks DT card for The Paper Shelter, I have used the image She's Charming.

Our theme this week is Ribbon or Twine, so I did a ribbon weave in Red and added a contrasting Turquoise Bow, I really like Red & Turquoise together.

My image is coloured with Copics and Graph-it Markers and the papers are from my stash.

Toadstall House

Had a little play with my Lavinia Stamps, I have such a large collection but rarely have the time to get all inky with them, so this was really enjoyable.

The images are stamped in Versavine Clair and coloured with Polychromas Pencils.  I have used sparkle Posca Pens on the Flowers.

Inspired by a Tutorial by Jo Rice.

TPS - All Things New

I hope you have all had a lovely Christmas break, we are back with our first challenge of the year over at The Paper Shelter.

Our theme this week is ALL THINGS NEW.  I was a little stumped at first with this one, you have the obvious new baby, new home, new year, but I wanted to do a particular image Lullaby Moon, after a bit of thinking I thought "What is better than a new day", so here is my card, coloured with Copics.

I die cut some stars and found the quote on line.

TPS - Snowmen

For this weeks Paper Shelter challenge I have used an adorable image from a one of the new digital colouring pages Merry Moments, these images are perfect for shrinking down for a card.

It is coloured with Copics.  I did my card design on my Silhouette Cameo and used one of the borders, but just printed it instead of cutting it out. I added a lovely paper for the background and covered a wooden snowflake with aurora flakes.

My snowmen are covered in Clear spectrum noir sparkle pen and so are fabulous and sparkly in real life.

This is our final challenge before Christmas and we would love to see your makes.

Have a Wonderful Christmas
